For home care, we carefully select and recommend professional products from KEVIN.MURPHY, ELEVEN Australia, Redken, Biolage, Pureology, Matrix and L’Oreal Professional.

Of course! We understand that childcare isn't always possible. Children are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, however we do ask that they remain supervised at all times to help keep both them and our salon environment safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Please keep in mind that hair salons can be busy spaces with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp equipment, so supervision is essential. We also want you to be able to relax, switch off, and fully enjoy your appointment, so please consider what will make for the most comfortable experience for both you and your little ones.

If you are unhappy with your hair for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will happily invite you back for a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns. To ensure the best possible results, we do ask that you are following the recommended home care advice and products provided by your stylist.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are always here to help.

All online and over the phone bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied towards the cost of your service on the day.

When booking online, you will be prompted to provide your credit card details and pay the deposit. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Yes, it does! Contrary to popular belief, arriving with freshly washed hair is actually best for most colour services. Modern colour technology has come a long way, and clean hair helps us achieve the most accurate and consistent results.

Excess oils, dry shampoo, styling products, and silicone build-up can create a barrier on the hair and scalp, which may affect how your colour processes and develops.

For the best possible outcome, we recommend washing your hair 24–48 hours before your appointment and avoiding heavy styling products or dry shampoo where possible.

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment. The health and wellbeing of our clients and team is important to us, and we appreciate your help in keeping our salon a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

If you're unable to make your appointment due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling your booking to a more suitable time.

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred stylist, service, and appointment time. While we occasionally have last-minute availability, booking ahead ensures we can accommodate your needs and helps you get the time that suits you best.

Absolutely! We offer in-depth consultations for anyone wanting advice, a big change, a colour correction, extensions, or simply some guidance on what will work best for their hair and lifestyle.

During your consultation, we'll discuss your hair goals, maintenance expectations, hair history, current home care, recommended home care and budget, while creating a personalised plan to achieve your desired result. You'll also receive a clear quote and have the opportunity to ask any questions before committing to a service.

Consultations are $50 and fully redeemable towards your future hair appointment.

We recommend using colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, minimising heat styling where possible, always applying a heat protectant, and protecting your hair from prolonged sun exposure, chlorine, and salt water. Regular treatments can also help keep your hair hydrated, strong, and shiny between visits.

For blondes, brunettes, reds, and fashion colours, your stylist may also recommend a customised colour-depositing treatment or specific products to help maintain your tone for longer.

This depends on the service you've had. For most colour appointments, we recommend waiting at least 48 hours before washing your hair to allow the colour to fully settle and maximise longevity.

Some services, such as keratin smoothing treatments, perms or certain styling services, have different aftercare requirements. Your stylist will always provide personalised aftercare advice before you leave the salon to ensure you get the best possible results.

We understand that life happens, and we're happy to help if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service, while missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the appointment value.

Looking for an appointment sooner? We also have a cancellation list and regularly contact clients when appointments become available.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist and offer the appointment to another client.

Yes! Hair colouring during pregnancy is safe, and many of our clients continue their regular colour appointments throughout their pregnancy journey. We use professional salon products everyday and follow strict application practices to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a lower-maintenance option, techniques such as balayage or lived-in colour can help extend the time between appointments while keeping your hair looking its best.

Just like your skin, your hair can be affected by prolonged sun exposure. UV rays, heat, salt water, and chlorine can all contribute to dryness, colour fading, and damage, particularly for coloured or lightened hair.

To help protect your hair, use products that contain UV protection, wear a hat when spending extended periods outdoors, and incorporate regular moisture treatments into your routine. If you're swimming, rinse your hair with fresh water as soon as possible afterwards to minimise the effects of chlorine and salt water.

Yes, we offer a range of hair extension methods to suit different hair types, lifestyles, and goals. Our extension services include keratin bonds, nano beads, sewn-in wefts, slimline tapes, and combination methods where appropriate.

All extension appointments begin with a consultation to determine the most suitable method, colour match, and maintenance plan for your hair. Please note that while we offer keratin bond extensions, we do not rebond existing keratin extensions.

Yes, we do. Our team provides a range of men's haircutting services, from classic cuts and maintenance appointments to modern styles and restyles.

Please note that we do not offer beard trimming or beard grooming services.

We offer plenty of free parking directly outside the salon, making it easy and convenient to get to your appointment. Additional parking is also available on Beltana Road if needed.

No, toners are charged separately from foil services. Toning requirements vary from person to person, and not every client will need a toner after their foils or lightening service.

A toner can be used to refine unwanted warmth, create a specific shade, add shine, or achieve your desired result. Because every head of hair lifts differently, we customise toners to the individual rather than including them automatically in our foil pricing.

This approach ensures you're only paying for the services your hair actually needs.

A Keratin Smoothing Treatment is designed to reduce frizz, improve manageability, and leave your hair feeling smoother, dry quicker, softer, and easier to style. Results typically last between 3–6 months, depending on your hair type, lifestyle, and home care routine.

As the treatment can slightly alter or soften your hair colour, we generally recommend having it performed at least two weeks before your next colour appointment. Keratin smoothing treatments are also not suitable for all hair types and we do not recommend this service for highly compromised, overly porous, or heavily lightened hair.

To get the most from your treatment, it's important to use a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, as sulphates can reduce the longevity of the smoothing effect. Following the recommended aftercare will help keep your hair smoother for longer.
