Jean specialises in blondes, colour corrections, precision cutting, restyles, bobs, and medium to short hair, and thrives on creating customised transformations that suit both the client's lifestyle and long-term hair goals. She especially loves a challenge and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to create realistic, beautiful, and maintainable results.

Above all else, Jean prioritises the health and integrity of the hair, taking a thoughtful and sustainable approach to colouring and cutting to ensure clients leave not only loving their hair, but feeling confident caring for it long after they leave the salon.

Whether you're wanting added length, fullness, a brighter blonde, or a complete hair makeover, Shania has a strong eye for creating results that feel beautiful, customised, and effortlessly blended. She's especially passionate about helping clients feel confident through hair transformations and is the go-to stylist at Elluca for all things extensions.

Alongside looking after her clients behind the chair, Shania also plays a huge role in supporting the team and helping keep salon life running smoothly as our Team Leader. Outside of the salon, Shania has a special connection with animals — honestly, some would call her an animal whisperer. If she wasn't a hairdresser, she'd likely be a vet nurse, combining her caring nature with her love for animals.

She specialises in precision cutting for short to medium-length hair, grey blending, modern perming, curly cuts, and creating personalised styles that feel effortless, wearable, and tailored to each client. Stacy especially loves helping clients embrace texture, movement, and hair that works beautifully with their lifestyle.

Known for her warm nature, love of music, and ability to build genuine relationships with clients, Stacy creates an experience that feels relaxed, welcoming, and full of conversation and laughs. If Stacy wasn't a hairdresser, she'd likely be travelling the country living her best rock-and-roll life as a roadie, and honestly, we can absolutely see it.

With a strong eye for customised colour and shape, Lav loves creating hair that feels relaxed, wearable, and uniquely suited to each individual client. Whether it's soft dimensional blondes, creative transformations, or low-maintenance lived-in colour, she brings an artistic and thoughtful approach to every appointment.

Having been mentored early in her career by our Director Stylists, Lav has continued to grow into an incredibly skilled and versatile stylist who values both creativity and hair integrity equally. Outside of the salon, Lav is a true hippy at heart. She loves holistic living, reading, spending time in nature, and taking long walks with her puppy, Rusty. Fun fact — if she wasn't a hairdresser, she'd likely be a herbalist.

She currently offers a range of Emerging Stylist services, perfect for clients wanting beautiful hair while supporting the next generation of stylists. Outside the salon, Emily is a huge lover of music, books, and movies, and is always up for a great conversation in the chair. Fun fact — if she wasn't in the hair industry, she'd likely be studying to become a classical historian.

Beth is currently focusing on growing her knowledge in styling, upstyling, and extensions, with long-term goals of specialising in special occasion, bridal hair and event hair. Outside of the salon, she's an avid reader and a dedicated netball coach and player, bringing the same energy, care, and creativity into everything she does.

She loves learning new techniques, building connections with clients, and helping people feel confident, comfortable, and cared for during their salon experience. Her creativity shines through in everything she does, from hair to drawing and artistic projects outside of the salon. Matilda was also recently selected as a finalist in a colour competition, a huge achievement that reflects both her creativity and dedication to continually growing within the industry.

If Matilda wasn't in the hair industry, she'd likely be a tattoo artist — her creativity truly knows no bounds. Outside of salon life, she loves slowing down, appreciating the little things, and spending quality time with the people she loves most.

Whether she's managing appointments, answering questions, helping clients, supporting the team behind the scenes, or somehow juggling ten things at once, she does it all with patience and a smile. Alongside running the front of house, Chelsea is also Elluca's Social Media Manager, helping bring the salon to life online through content, client transformations, education, and behind-the-scenes moments. She's also currently studying to become a makeup artist, continuing to grow her creativity and passion within the beauty industry.

Chelsea is the glue that holds so much of Elluca together, bringing care, calm, creativity, and positivity into the salon every single day.

Known for her love of conversation and genuine connection with clients, Valentina has a way of instantly making people feel comfortable, relaxed, and looked after from the moment they walk through the door. As she begins her journey within the industry, Valentina is focused on building her skills, learning from the team around her, and soaking up as much knowledge as possible.

She thrives in a supportive team environment, is always eager to learn, and takes pride in helping create the welcoming salon experience Elluca is known for. While she isn't currently offering services just yet, we're incredibly excited to watch her continue growing throughout her apprenticeship journey. So watch this space!
